Chispa, Ang lead Batch 2006

Lawrence S. Chispa, valedictorian, and Rollie C. Ang, salutatorian, led this year’s graduates during the 58th Commencement Exercises held March 28 at the JASHS quadrangle.
The other Abadians who graduated with highest honors were Rachelle C. Masilungan, first honorable mention; Ruddy P. Llagas, second honorable mention and Diane Rose I. Dy, third honorable mention.
The Abadians who graduated with honors were Angelica A. Alvarez, fourth honorable mention; Caselyn T. Gonzales, fifth honorable mention; Remigia Ciselda C. Ojales, sixth honorable mention; Carla B. Belmonte, seventh honorable mentionand Gladys Ann S. Valencia, eighth honorable mention.
Chispa received the Prinicipals’ Gold MedalAward, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo Academic Excellence and Leadership Award, Philippine Senate Award for Excellence from the Senate President Franklin Drilon, Mayor Jose L. Atienza Jr., Award for Academic Excellence, Councilor Ma. Asuncion Fugoso Cash Award Academic Excellence, Jose P. Laurel Medal for Academic Excellence, AY Foundation National Discipline Cash Award, Mercury Drug Medal and Certificate for Excellence in Mathematics and Science, PTCA-Gold Medal and P3,000.00 Cash Award.
Ang received the Principal’s Silver Medal Award, Mayor Jose L. Atienza, Jr., Award for Excellence, Congressman Miles Roces Leadership Award, Harry Angpin’s Award for Academic Excellence, Councilor Ma. Asuncion Fugoso Cash Award for Academic Excellence, PTCA Silver Medal and P2, 000.00 Cash Award.
This year’s graduation theme was “Crossing the Thresholds: From Learning the Basics to Learning for Life.”
The inspirational talk was delivered by Mr. Orontes V. Castro , executive director, Office of the Fiscal Management, Department of Foreign Affairs.
